Parenting Partnership
It is common for couples to feel emotionally and physically disconnected during the early stages of parenthood. Between the demands of a new baby and chronic sleep deprivation, it is understandable that your partnership may not feel like a priority. However, without intentional care, these challenges can lead to frustration, resentment, and an imbalance in household responsibilities.
While I do not provide couples therapy at this time, I am happy to offer referrals that may meet your needs. In individual sessions, I support clients in identifying and effectively communicating their personal and relationship needs. Together, we can explore ways to strengthen your emotional and physical connection—even without childcare or a strong support network—and address the mental and physical load within your household to foster a more balanced, fulfilling partnership.
