Intake fee: $180

Follow-up sessions: $160

Individual appointments typically last between 50-55 minutes. I generally recommend that new clients begin with weekly sessions, allowing us to build a strong therapeutic foundation. Together, we will periodically evaluate your progress and determine when you feel ready to transition to biweekly or monthly appointments as you move toward completing your goals.

I’m an In-Network provider with Premera Blue Cross, LifeWise, Kaiser Permanente (HMO & PPO plans), and First Choice Health Network.

For those who wish to access out-of-network benefits, I can provide superbills upon request. Prospective clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to determine what out-of-network benefits they may have.

I accept payment through FSA/HSA and all major credit cards. Fees are due at the time of service.

Please cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring a late fee.
