I’m a Seattle-based perinatal and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders therapist. I specialize in working with individuals ages 18-35. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Substance Use Disorder Professional. I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Minnesota in 2018. I spent years in community mental health providing co-occurring individual and group services to adolescents and young adults within schools and agencies. Prior to my clinical work, I provided program coordination and case management services to children, youth, and families in affordable housing communities and shelter care. My license numbers are LW61245988 and CP61305921. Nature and movement are a big part of my life. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me hiking, backpacking, and in general getting outside as much as I can, rain or shine.
